Their generous charitable contributions and investments give us the means to create the innovative financial solutions that are the foundation of our sustainable community development ventures.

NJCC has a proven record of maximizing our investors’ resources by applying money where it is needed most and where it can best transform lives. We value every one of our stakeholders. As the community development financial institution of choice in New Jersey, we are leading the charge on some of the state’s most significant neighborhood revitalization efforts. The generosity of our partners, who are committed to building healthy communities and promoting economic independence, provide the capital for us to succeed in these endeavors. In the first quarter of 2011, NJCC is pleased to report that we have received a total of $85,270 in grants and a total of $415,000 of new investments in support of our work. While these figures are impressive, additional resources are needed to ensure we are able to continue to effectively meet the growing demands of the community development field.

We invite you to join us in helping build healthy and vibrant neighborhoods by getting involved in our work. New Jersey Community Capital provides flexible terms and competitive interest rates even in today’s challenging economic environment. The minimum investment is $1,000 and interest rates range from 0-2% for a term of 1-2 years; 0-2.5% for a term of 3-4 years; 0-3% for a term of 5-7 years; and 0-4% for a term of 8-10 years. We are proud of the fact that investments in our family of funds are currently yielding a higher rate of return than traditional banks. Although our investments are not federally guaranteed, NJCC has a 100% repayment history.

Charitable contributions to our 501 (c) (3) organization are tax deductible and all donations are tax deductible to the full extent permitted by law.
