Community Loan Fund: Our Community Loan Fund is a Community Development Financial Institution that provides loans and investments to create and preserve affordable housing, develop commercial real estate that spurs economic growth, and support businesses that provide financial returns for their owners and social returns for their workforce, the communities in which they operate, and the environment.

Community Lending Partners: New Jersey Community Capital founded Community Lending Partners in 2003 as a nonprofit community development lending intermediary designed to provide larger construction loans for housing, facilities and commercial real estate projects.

Charter Fund: New Jersey Community Capital manages approximately $110 Million of dedicated pools of capital for the development of charter schools throughout the state. In 2007, we received a significant grant from the US Department of Education’s Credit Enhancement for Charter Schools Facilities program to offer credit enhancement for the predevelopment, acquisition, renovation, construction and permanent financing of charter schools in New Jersey. To date, we have committed more than $50 million of credit for the facilities financing 17 charter schools, giving more children access to quality education options in the state.

University Ventures: New Jersey Community Capital is the largest shareholder of University Ventures, a small business investment company that provides capital to businesses, specifically targeting the needs of entrepreneurs who have been denied the opportunity to own and operate a business because of social or economic disadvantage.
