Alex Cauley

Alex Cauley joined NJCC in June 2024 as a Private Equity Associate in our SBIC Private Equity team. He is responsible for supporting our Private Equity investment team, including deal sourcing, executing investments, portfolio management, realizations and fundraising.

Before joining NJCC, Alex spent three years as an Investment Banking Associate at Deutsche Bank. Prior to that, he worked in operations-focused roles at “K” Line. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Cornell University.
