Property Management Associate
Alphayaya Barrie joined New Jersey Community Capital in October 2025 as a Property Management Associate on our construction team. His responsibilities include coordinating work orders with tenants and vendors, supporting operations management with tenant communications, and meeting with personnel offsite to address property concerns.
Alpha received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, where he majored in Finance. He is a proud member of Black Men of Standard at Seton Hall.
