Baltazar Vargas

Baltazar Vargas joined New Jersey Community Capital in July of 2022 as a Financial Analyst with our Accounting &
Financial Reporting team. Baltazar is responsible for the proper recording of New Market Tax Credit (NMTC), loan payments transactions, notes payable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements.
Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Baltazar served as an Accountant at the Newark Board of Education Employees Credit Union, where he was responsible for recording investments, loan participations, accounts receivables, and the preparation of financial statements.
Baltazar earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a dual concentration in supply chain management and information systems from Rutgers University.
