Brian Kirkpatrick joined New Jersey Community Capital in July 2026 as Chief Financial Officer on the Finance team. His focus is on financial strategy, strengthening investor confidence, and supporting the continued growth of our work.
Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Brian brought more than 40 years of financial leadership experience across the nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive finance roles for New Jersey City University, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Atrium Health and Senior Living, White Plains Hospital, Yeshiva University, RWJ Barnabas Health, C.R. Bard, and Arthur Andersen & Co.
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
