Caitlin Fair

Program Director, East Trenton Collaborative

Caitlin Fair joined New Jersey Community Capital in November 2020 as the Program Director of the East Trenton Collaborative (ETC) in our Community Strategies team. Ms. Fair is responsible for working collaboratively with community members and the ETC team to develop programming and initiatives to develop and revitalize the East Trenton neighborhood. She also oversees and manages operations, grants, and the on-going economic, physical and community development initiatives of ETC.

Before joining NJCC, Ms. Fair spent five years as the supervisor of an intensive group therapy program for adolescents at Oaks Integrated Care, in addition to her many years of experience both spearheading and participating in various community engagement endeavors throughout the city of Trenton.

Ms. Fair holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Rider University. She is a longtime community activist, both locally and nationally, and has been recognized for her commitment to the city of Trenton, and has been asked to speak at various colleges and universities about her experiences.
