Chenille Gumbs joined New Jersey Community Capital in September 2013 as a Fellow on the ReStart team. She is responsible for administering ReStart’s data management system and producing government, partner, and investor reporting. Prior to joining New Jersey Community Capital, Chenille spent a year gathering research and community participation for a Central Business District plan for Perth Amboy, New Jersey at the Jewish Renaissance Foundation.
Chenille holds a Master’s degree of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers’ Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
