Cintia Sousa
Director, Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Cintia is responsible for managing the human resources-related systems, policies, and procedures. She’s also responsible for handling employee relations issues, recruitment, performance management process, benefits, personnel administration, training, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
Cintia has 16 years of HR experience in the banking industry. Before joining NJCC, she spent five years as a Human Resources Business Partner at Peapack Gladstone Bank where she supported the retail business with a focus on leadership development, hospitality training and developing company culture.
Cintia received a Bachelor of Science in Portuguese from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Fordham University in New York, NY. She is also a Strategic Human Resource Management Certified Professional.
