Crystal Harris
Assistant Controller
Crystal Harris joined New Jersey Community Capital in June 2026 as an Assistant Controller on the Finance team. In her role, she will oversee CAPC accounting functions and support the organization’s property management accounting efforts.
Prior to joining NJCC, Crystal spent more than 10 years in nonprofit accounting, supporting organizations dedicated to improving underserved urban communities. Her experience includes managing fiscal operations and compliance requirements for multiple federally and state-funded grants.
Crystal earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Berkeley College in 2008 and received the Outstanding Student Award.
