Daniel Coghlan

Homeownership Program Manager, Address Yourself

Daniel Coghlan serves as the Homeownership Program Manager for the Address Yourself. In this role, Mr. Coghlan is responsible for overseeing NJCC’s down payment assistance programs, down payment administration, business development and managing housing counseling relationships. Prior to this role, Mr. Coghlan served as a Homeownership Program and a Mortgage Finance Fellow. Mr. Coghlan began his career in public policy with the Hurricane Sandy relief effort, working in grant management and policy approval in the Department of Community Affairs. In 2016, Mr. Coghlan was selected as a Community Scholar by the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey.

Mr. Coghlan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Community and Economic Development from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
