Mr. Coghlan joined New Jersey Community Capital in August 2018 as a Homeownership Program Associate for the Address Yourself homeownership program. In this role, Mr. Coghlan is responsible for NJCC’s down payment assistance programs, down payment administration, business development, and managing housing counseling relationships. Prior to this role, Mr. Coghlan served as a Mortgage Finance Fellow for Address Yourself. Mr. Coghlan began his career in public policy with the Hurricane Sandy relief effort, working in grant management and policy approval in the Department of Community Affairs. In 2016, Mr. Coghlan was selected as a Community Scholar by the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey (HCDNNJ).
Mr. Coghlan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Community and Economic Development from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
