Daniel Khademhir
Asset Management Associate, Property Management, Community Asset Preservation Corporation
Daniel Khademhir joined New Jersey Community Capital in September 2024 as an Asset Management Associate in our Community Asset Preservation Corporation Property Management team. Daniel is responsible for supporting the organization’s efforts of managing, developing/rehabilitating, and selling single-family and multifamily projects.
Before joining NJCC, Daniel spent four years at DLP Capital in various roles, including Property Management Operations Co-op, Capital Markets Analyst, and Portfolio Management Analyst. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major focus in Finance and Real Estate Management and Development from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business.
