Dawn Hare
Program Director, Homeownership Services
Dawn Hare joined New Jersey Community Capital in October 2020. Ms. Hare currently serves as a Homeownership Administrator for Address Yourself. Her responsibilities include coordinating the Address Yourself Homeownership Program, processing and underwriting down payment assistance applications, and managing relationships with lender partners. In this role, Ms. Hare has facilitated the deployment of more than $2.25 million in down payment assistance, helping more than 150 families achieve their dream of homeownership.
Prior to this role, Ms. Hare was a temporary staff member on the NeighborhoodLIFT® Down Payment Assistance Program and the Garden State Relief Fund Program at NJCC. Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, she spent 15 years serving as Regional Manager for a national live goods grower, overseeing sales and service in garden centers throughout New Jersey.
Ms. Hare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning from Rutgers University.
