Dawn Hare
Homeownership Program Associate, Community Asset Preservation Corporation
Dawn Hare joined New Jersey Community Capital as a Homeownership Program Associate and Lending Administrator in October 2020. Ms. Hare’s responsibilities include coordinating down payment assistance programs, managing relationships with lender partners and supporting NJCC’s efforts in small business lending.
Prior to this role, Ms. Hare served as a part-time staff member on the NeighborhoodLIFT® Down Payment Assistance Program and the Garden State Relief Fund Program at NJCC. She has also served as Regional Manager for a national live goods grower, overseeing sales and service in garden centers throughout New Jersey.
Ms. Hare holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning from Rutgers University.
