Giancarlo DiLonardo

Project Manager, Multifamily Development, Community Asset Preservation Corporation

Mr. Di Lonardo serves as a Multifamily Project Manager with Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC). In this position, he is involved in all facets of acquiring and rehabilitating multifamily housing. Giancarlo works to obtain site control of properties, assists with securing project financing, and works in conjunction with the project team to ensure development milestones are achieved. He works to leverage public, private, and non-profit funding sources to achieve project goals and is involved in project reporting and compliance. Giancarlo is also responsible for managing relationships with professionals, project partners, and local officials.

Prior to this position, Giancarlo was a Project Manager with NJCC’s Community Strategies team where he led data-driven community research and analysis projects, engagement activities, and the development of neighborhood plans. Giancarlo joined NJCC in 2016 as a Community Strategies Coordinator. He currently serves as a board member of Paterson Habitat for Humanity. He received a Master of City and Regional Planning degree and a Master of Public Policy degree from Rutgers’ Bloustein School in May 2016, and has a BA in political science, history, and sociology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
