Impact Data Associate
Heer Patel joined New Jersey Community Capital in October of 2025 as an Impact Data Associate on our Operations & Homeownership team. Heer is responsible for managing data integrity and analytics across multiple business lines. She collaborates with teams to ensure accurate data entry and supports the development of impact dashboards and organizational data strategies.
Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Heer spent 4 months as a CSR Data Intern, consolidating and analyzing sustainability metrics, and helping to drive actionable insights for leadership at Arcade Beauty. Heer holds a B.S. in Environmental and Business Economics from Rutgers University. Heer is a proud member of The Fraternity of Alpha Zeta-Cook Chapter. Additionally, she was a dedicated volunteer for Rutgers Gardens, and she was awarded the Emily H. and Erwin G. Agthe Endowed Scholarship Award that highlights her commitment to advancing impactful solutions for a better future.
