Jacquea A. Lee

Jacquea “Jay” Lee is the Director of External Affairs at New Jersey Community Capital (NJCC), where he drives regulatory engagement and strategic partnerships to support the organization’s mission of delivering $1 billion in impact financing. He builds and maintains relationships with banks, government entities, philanthropic organizations, foundations, and alternative investors to advance NJCC’s growth and community impact.
Previously, Mr. Lee held senior management roles in the Municipal Government, where he led initiatives to support small business growth and managed the Emergency Rental Assistance Program, distributing over $20 million to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He is a Licensed Realtor, a Notary Public in New Jersey, and an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the North Central New Jersey Association of Realtors.
