Ms. Seamon serves as a Strategic and Social Impact Analyst. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the organization’s Social Impact Assessment (SIA) to track and illustrate the success of programs and services across a broad range of metrics and outcomes. In addition, Jess assists with research relevant to demographic, socioeconomic, policy and community development trends to help inform strategic focus for emerging and existing programs and services. Jess joined New Jersey Community Capital in August 2018 as an AmeriCorps VISTA Policy Specialist within the Community Strategies team.
Jess holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders with dual-minors in Psychology and Leadership and Global Understanding from La Salle University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Urban Transportation Economics from Drexel University.
