Accounts Payable Clerk

Jose Alba joined New Jersey Community Capital in May of 2022 as an Accounts Payable Clerk in our Finance team. Jose is responsible for performing data entry associated with accounts payable, matching check requests to invoice prior to processing, and posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records while maintain a high-volume of vendor accounts. 

Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Jose spent 7 years at 4Cs of Passaic County being responsible for the agency’s accountability measures and strategies to prevent, minimize, and address administrative error as well as preparing varied financial reports that required selection, preparation, and interpretation of data using data query tools. Jose holds an MBA degree from Southern New Hampshire University as well as a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Bloomfield College.
