Julia Lynch

Strategic and Social Impact Manager

Julia Lynch joined New Jersey Community Capital as Strategic and Social Impact Manager in February 2018. In this role, she is primarily responsible for ensuring NJCC’s Strategic and Social Impact Assessment (SSIA) framework functions effectively to track and illustrate the success of programs and services across a broad range of metrics and outcomes.

Julia brings with her a decade of experience in community risk reduction and public safety. She served as policy and strategy advisor in her role as Chief of Staff with Howard County (Maryland) Department of Fire and Rescue Services with responsibility for management operations, operating and capital budget development, resource allocation, accreditation programs and legislative initiatives; and later for performance metrics, data capture and operational analysis as Planning and Analysis Manager.

She completed the MPA Public Administration Certification Program at Rutgers University and holds a bachelor degree in Public Relations and Journalism from Syracuse University.
