Ms. Castillo serves as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, providing comprehensive support to the President & CEO in this role.
Ms. Castillo joined New Jersey Community Capital in February 2016 as a Human Resources/Finance Fellow. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University. She is also a certified professional in the Human Resources field.
