Ms. May serves as an Asset Manager for Community Asset Preservation Corporation (CAPC). In this role, Ms. May manages due diligence items and closing document execution to ensure timely closings and to further CAPC’s mission. Ms. May joined CAPC in January 2018 as an Asset Coordinator Fellow, starting full time as an Asset Coordinator in June 2018. Ms. May has a background in higher education recruitment and research, including work on transportation access for low-income communities and the impact of affordable housing construction on communities across New York and New Jersey.
Ms. May holds a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Edward J. Bloustein School at Rutgers University.
