Lynette Lee
Homeownership Program Associate
Lynette Lee joined New Jersey Community Capital in August 2023 as a Homeownership Program Associate for our Community Asset Preservation Corporation team. Lynette is responsible for supporting the work of the Address Yourself program and providing case management to all applicants and clients.
Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Lynette spent over 10 years working in the non-profit sector. Most recently, Lynette served as the Equitable Recovery Program Coordinator for the Rutgers Global Health Institute of Rutgers University. Lynette has also spent time working with the Middlesex County Council for Young Children of PCA-NJ and PRAB (Puerto Rican Action Board).
Lynette’s educational background includes Project Management at Rutgers University and studies in psychology and music education at Westminster Choir College of Rider University.
