Nicholas McDonnell
New Markets Tax Credits Compliance & Bond Guarantee Program Manager
Nicholas is responsible for overseeing compliance of the New Market Tax Credit Portfolio, which involves over $300 million in tax credit allocation as well as the Bond Guarantee Program which has financed over $40 million in loans. Mr. McDonnell joined New Jersey Community Capital as the New Market Tax Credit Portfolio coordinator in April 2022.
Prior to joining NJCC, Nicholas served as a Financial Services Associate for New York Community Bank. A multifaceted position which involved building and maintaining customer relations and accounts.
Nicholas earned his B.A. in Political Science from the College of Staten Island and a B.S. in Fraud Examination and Financial Forensics from John Jay School of Criminal Justice.
