Ritchi Mendoza
Senior Finance Manager, Lending & Community Programs
Ritchi Mendoza joined New Jersey Community Capital in August 2019 as a Senior Accountant, Finance Manager and currently serves as a Senior Finance Manager. She is responsible for supporting lending activities by ensuring the proper recording and tracking of financial transactions and preparing multi-entity financial statements, including consolidations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prior to joining NJCC, Ritchi served as Consolidation and Tax Head of San Miguel Yamamura Packaging Corporation, a packaging division of San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines. Ritchie also served in various accounting and finance roles across the organization.
Ritchi received her B.S. in Accountancy from University of Batangas and holds a C.P.A. from the Philippines.
