Rotem Elias joined New Jersey Community Capital in January of 2023 as Senior Underwriter on our Lending team. Rotem is responsible for underwriting and reviewing all loans that NJCC provides as well as oversight of our Lending Fellows.
Before joining New Jersey Community Capital, Rotem was a Senior Analyst at Dwight Capital underwriting HUD loans for real estate projects. Rotem holds an MBA in Finance from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Sy Syms School of Business.”
