Sacha Azoulai
Director, Real Estate Investments
Sacha Azoulai joined New Jersey Community Capital in January of 2025 as Director of Real Estate Investments within the Real Estate team. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the organization’s project pipeline and advancing the development of its real estate platform across new markets and asset classes.
Prior to joining New Jersey Community Capital, Sacha ran acquisitions and development at Verdot Capital for five years, where he oversaw projects across Florida and Texas. Earlier in his career, he held senior acquisition roles at firms specializing in real estate investments in New York City and its boroughs. Sacha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Brandeis University. He is also a proud co-founder and officer of IsraelStrong Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing critical resources and equipment to strengthen Israel’s security capabilities and offering aid to individuals impacted by terrorism, both physically and emotionally.
