Saudi Polanco joined New Jersey Community Capital in July 2026 as a Senior Underwriter in the Lending team, focused on underwriting complex community development financing transactions.
Saudi most recently served as a Portfolio Manager and brings over seven years of experience in credit analysis, construction lending, and portfolio oversight across a diverse range of asset classes. He structured and monitored transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, and land development from origination through construction completion, and stabilization.
Saudi holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from William Paterson University.
