Since day one, we have made it our mission to invest in the health and well-being of underserved New Jersey communities and neighborhoods.
Hundreds of individuals and institutions have entrusted us with their investments in order to fulfill their financial and social goals and create opportunities for underserved families and communities in New Jersey. It is the growth and consistency of these investments that empowered us to take bold steps to change the systems that have concentrated capital in some areas of New Jersey while depriving others. To make these critical investments, we rely on mission-driven partners like you.
Investments in our loan funds are tailored to provide a range of terms and interest rates to meet the goals of our investors. For more than thirty years, we have had a 100% rate of repayment for all investments we have received.
Through THRIVE South Jersey, New Jersey Community Capital provided Millville Urban Redevelopment Corporation, the lead developer, $6.9 million in New Market Tax Credits to finance the new Cumberland County College Arts and Innovation Center.
