The Small Business Administration’s (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) re-opened on January 11, 2021 for first-time borrowers and second-round borrowers. The application deadline for a PPP loan is March 31, 2021. PPP loans will be made available through Customers Bank, and will be processed using the SmartBiz application platform.
Customers Bank is one of a handful of financial institutions to create a hybrid fintech model to support the PPP loan program to quickly direct economic relief to small businesses across the country.
